Location for this property is great! It’s new so it’s very clean. I felt the staff were all friendly. Our room was out of shower gel, I called the front desk and more was promptly given at our door. It’s asthetically pleasing. Shower was cool, and great smelling products in the shower.

Location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants. Place was super clean. Staff very friendly. If you are looking for a St. Pete vacation or just a convenient place to stay, give it a shot. There are some negative reviews on this hotel but that is because they are brand new and probably opened too soon.

The hotel and the room looked sharp. The room was spatious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Very nice bathroom and shower. There was a safe, a coffee machine and a fridge. Nice location. Very nice gym and well equipped.

Very attractive contemporary design and furnishings. Furniture was all very comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Exercise room was. Well equipped.

Modern, clean, and spacious room. Nice amenities (pool, restaurant, bar). Reasonably prices rooms. Perfect proximity to all the downtown sites. Friendly desk staff.

Location was convenient for walking to several locations that we wanted to visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, etc. and to the St.Pete IndyCar race, which is why we were in town.
